To protect the anonymity of individual reviews, this list is only updated at the end of each fiscal year. The following individuals provided review of one or more proposed ERS research reports during the fiscal year indicated. To elicit critical feedback, reviewers have the option of remaining anonymous throughout the revision and publication process, and individual reviews are not made public. All reviews are initially double blind (the reviewers do not know the identity of the report author(s) and the author(s) do not know the names of the reviewers). In addition, subject matter experts from USDA or other Federal agencies potentially affected by the research are asked to provide technical reviews. Each manuscript being considered for publication as an ERS research report is sent to a minimum of two external subject matter experts and one ERS subject matter expert.
